Tri-Tip Steak, Panko Crusted Salmon, Fillet of Sole make an appearance. Also Whole Wheat Cappelini Pasta with Ramps, House Cured Ham, and Cauliflower, Apple Smoked Barbecue Sampler, Pork Jaegarschnitzel with Brown Mushroom Sauce, Black Angus Rib-Eye Steak, Goat Cheese Pillows, and Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp.
